(60) Bandit Signs and the Creation of Valuable Data!

I had a successful last week and feel like a got a lot done.

Putting together the cash buyers list was something that I didn't plan on doing, but I know it would provide me with valuable data for where good properties are and who is buying them.

Attended 1st BiggerPockets Indianapolis meetup which (13) people attended!

Put together a small presentation for the BP meetup event.

Toastmasters, I did a 7m speech about, "Lifelong continuous learning."

MISC ACTIONS:

Called and spoke with RE attorney for RD. Sent him BPlan and what services I was looking for.

Pulled all MLS cash buyers within Indianapolis, pulled all correlating tax records, input all cash buyer's mailing addresses, searched how many houses each cash buyer owned in Indy, plotted all houses into a map (only houses that were owned by investors with 10+ in Indy).

Investor Map: I have a map with 2,240 investment properties with owners listed, cash purchase prices, and house details.
