AFTERTHOUGHTS: I'm disappointed that I wasn't able to join the nine week classroom evening course which started June 17th with Tucker. I've always done just enough to get by in school and was looking forward to the opportunity to sit in class again to see how I would do again.

I've decided to go with RECP which is an online course and I plan to hammer it out quickly, but I'm wondering how difficult it will be to engage with... I say that and yet I've been slamming out hours of daily education for the last three months!

Today (Thursday) I plan on swinging by the Courthouse, briefly, to view or find out where I can get my hands on some probate files. In addition, I really need to get another line hooked up with Google Voice connected so I can give it to my answering service (Thanks Ma!).

She recently divorced and her mother passed away over the last year. She bought a house within the last 4 months and is still without a job. Going through some tough times...

I would love for her to help with me with REI by doing some of the things I don't have time for. I'm thinking I will pay her 20% of whatever profit comes in from deals we close. Thoughts on pay structure?
