Cash-Out Refi

Almost completed my cash-out refi of the duplex project today. Almost, because for some reason, the actual cash hasn't been deposited in my account yet... But it will be, very soon... then I can start unwinding some of the crazy stuff I did to get the duplexes in the first place. Which matters, because unless I face the tax consequences fair-and-square, I won't be able to give a truthful and accurate summation of the final cost.

So in some respects, this is just a teaser post, but I am excited, I am still smiling, and the numbers will follow soon.
