Ready for 2015

This year is coming to an end and it came so fast!! Where did the time go?  We have had a great year and continue to build and grow. We have increased our team and have put some great systems in play to handle lead volume.

We are now moving on to our third rehab project, and continue to grow the wholesaling business. I have started a construction company that will be helping other investors with construction needs and rehab project management. Also in the process of creating an APP that will involve all community members to help make a difference.

I don't say where I am at to brag or boast by any means!!! I just mean to stress that it IS possible. There is no reason why you can't be where you have always dreamed to be.  Networking is key in this business, I would not be here today without the help and assistance of seasoned investors willing to share their knowledge on a regular basis to help me grow.

If you are stuck in a spot, as I have been many times...... reach out, either myself of someone in the business that you feel comfortable with. The knowledge is out here, you just have to put in the work to find it.

Offer your help, I know that just starting out you might not have the money but you have the time. Offer your time to a seasoned investor and in return pick his brain. The only way to make it is to do it. Who cares if you mess up, or don't know the right answers!! After the first time you will have the knowledge for next time. 

I go to a lot of REIA events and MEETUPS. I had to change my whole way of thinking. How can I offer value? How can I help?  I find now that when I help other people get to where they want to be, things come back 10 fold and that is so true!!

I wish I could help every single investor out there that needs help! If you are reading this I want to connect with you! You are either on the right path, already been where I am today, or just curious.

2015 will be a knockout year and I hope to connect and to make everyone that wants to be a part of it involved!
