Moving Right Along!!

Ok, so it has been a while since a blog post. Just feeling that type of mood at the moment!! Ok so here are the updates..... Wholesaling we have turned all the way up this year! We are sending out 8000-10000 direct mail pieces a month. We have teamed up with other investors to spread out to other markets! We are JV'ing like crazy to touch and move more properties. We are on track to do 1 a week and working towards two closings a week. We are in the process of automating the wholesale portion of wholesaling and concentrating more on the rehab portion of things. We bought our second rehab, and plan to do two more before the years end. We will also be starting into Assisted Living in Feb of 2015. We continue to hit the real estate meetings hard and hope to see everyone soon. I am starting to see the real estate game change a little bit. The younger hungry guys are getting the mentorship of some great seasoned investors to guide us down the correct paths and keep us from making some of the same mistakes that they have made. It's a good feeling and I am really happy to be part of this change. Technology is crazy right now and I'm having trouble staying up with the latest and greatest. We are wholesaling heavy in Harford and Baltimore Counties so if you're in those areas we welcome you to connect with us, I would love to connect to each and every one of you! To the newbies that might be reading this post...... Stay focused! In the beginning of your investing career you are being overwhelmed with information.... Just take it in and TAKE ACTION!! You can go to as many meetings you want and talk about investing all you want. If you want to be successful in this business you have to take action. Network with like minded individuals.
