Ready for a Big Year!

So it's been a while since I have been on Bigger Pockets. I've been quite busy building my Business! So let me do a few updates:

I've successfully wholesaled quite a few deals now, I feel comfortable in the process of putting deals under contract and selling them to my buyers. I took the money from my first two wholesales and bought my first Rehab property. After 4 months of stress and over budget, and not being able to think, sleep, or breathe anything else but my rehab.......... We're finally done!!!! Well not completely done because we have to sell it, which is a whole other monster! I've learned alot on the project! How the process goes, what needs to be done in what order and what ppl to have and also..... the ones not to have! lol

So that is that. Now for 2014........ It's on!!!! I changed my mindset from just wanting to be comfortable in life to being rich! I realized that comfortable is for right now, I want to pass on my business to my grand kids, I don't want my future to be decided by someone else! I control my future and my financial freedom!!

So I'm vamping up my wholesale marketing to give me the capital to build my business up and then automate it! I'm new to this game and love learning something new everyday! I'm glad that I took action!! That is what I see at these REIA events that people don't do, take action...... yeah they been to every meeting, talked to every GURU..... but never put anything into place or action.

This is not me knocking anyone at all!! I got my first start from Fortune Builders. To each his own, this is just me letting the younger generation know that you too can do it! FOCUS on what you want, and take the reigns and go get it. If I can do it..............you can too!!
