It's time to list a rental
It will happen now and then
A new house is purchased
And the phone will ring again

I start with the first step
I post some ads online
They don't know how to read well
Or they cannot read mine

I get the same questions
I posted in the ad
If I wasn't such an angel
I would surely go mad

Can I bring my dog here
The listing says no pets
And don't want those smokers
But I see their cigarettes

People, just work with me
Read what I have written
You're wasting my time
If you're keeping your kitten

If you're unemployed
Or had some evictions
You're gonna get rejected
If you've had some convictions

I know you're out looking
For your next residence
If you think you'll just trash it
Don't want your negligence

I only want the good ones
Who will pay all their rent
The first of every month
Without an argument

So the apps I will take
A good one I will find
This is why I do this
Not to lose my mind!
