My top 3 favorite BP threads

I've been reading Bigger Pockets for quite a while now.  Not as long as some of the "old timers", but in this time I have enjoyed everything and learned quite a lot.

There have been a few threads that have stuck out in my mind as the "top" threads that caught my attention and I keep going back to.  I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

The Occupants from Hell!

Long-time veteran and Moderator Will Barnard tells his tale of the tenants who just will not quit a property he purchased -- this has been going on for 2+ years.

What things have you found in abandoned/foreclosed houses?

Ah, one of my favorites because it's interesting to read about what what strange and funny things people have found!

Tenant applicants say the dumbest things

I can truly relate to this as I've had applicants ask me odd questions or basically disqualify themselves by questions they've asked.

So there you go -- the above 3 threads are part of the reason why I love Bigger Pockets so much!

  1. Cool post Dawn. These BP forums can be so much fun (and make you realize how much you still have to learn!).

  2. I will add one more: The strangest thing you've ever saw http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/48/topics/89997-the-strangest-thing-you-ever-saw

  3. There is lots of great entertainment in those threads. And you'll learn a few things while you are laughing (or crying).

  4. All great threads, Dawn! Thanks for sharing a few of your favorites.
