Bringing down a garage!

I purchased a single-family in December.  I spent a month and a half rehabbing the inside, and on a rare 40 degree day in January had the roof torn off and replaced.  I was able to move in a tenant at the end of February.

Luckily the exterior had new siding in 2004, but the yard had a lot to be desired.  I did have some scrap person come by and haul away all the scrap metal left over in the garage as well as some people off Craigslist who took away the sketchy lawnmower and snow blower.  (I'm not sure if they ever got these to work since they looked to be in rough shape, but I'm okay with giving people the opportunity if they were willing to do the work.)

The garage was in bad condition and really needed to be brought down.  So a contractor I worked with said he knew some guys who could do this.  We got a dumpster and yesterday, he called me and said that they were going to take some trucks and hook chains to it and just pull it down, and would I be okay if he filmed it?  Sure!

I went over there today, and there was no more garage!  He said that they had two pick up trucks with chains, and it came down with a little bit of effort.  Unfortunately, he didn't film it!
