My top 3 favorite BP threads
I've been reading Bigger Pockets for quite a while now. Not as long as some of the "old timers", but in this time I have enjoyed everything and learned quite a lot.
There have been a few threads that have stuck out in my mind as the "top" threads that caught my attention and I keep going back to. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.

Tenant applicants say the dumbest things
I can truly relate to this as I've had applicants ask me odd questions or basically disqualify themselves by questions they've asked.
So there you go -- the above 3 threads are part of the reason why I love Bigger Pockets so much!
