Take action!

Don't be afraid to take action!

I have worked with a certain electrician contractor since getting my first rental in Milwaukee.  At that time he told me that "maybe" he should get a rental property himself.  But he just wasn't sure about it.

And now I'm on my 5th rental in just over a year.  He did work on the last one I just got ready and he was telling me how "maybe" he should get a rental property himself.

I think that "maybe" is the crutch he uses to avoid taking action.  If you don't take take that first step, you'll never get anywhere.  Even if you wind up going down the "wrong" path, you may find an opportunity that you would have never found if you had gone down the "right" path.

  1. You, my dear friend, are absolutely correct. Funny thing is that some, who watch from the sidelines, will cheer or be jealous. I hope your electrician will cheer you.
