Coming Soon to the World Wide Web Pt 4
Well today has been a very good day for me. A student of mine wired my portion of the deal we just closed and my bank account just got a nice 17k+ boost. He's done very well and I've even decided to make him an important member of my team by allowing him to do all of my future short sales (under my watch of course).
I think I'm going to blow some of that money on a new iPhone and a new iMac. It may however have to wait until I get back from vacation as the leave date is still up in the air. We're waiting on my father to make it in town and then we're out of here for two weeks.
I also got word from the writer who is putting all of my scribbles and scratches into an e-book and said things were going great and we strategized some more, I wanted to add a bunch more stuff so we worked it out and it's going to be a total of three weeks now which is fine considering I'll be gone for two of those three anyways.
The moral of this particular blog post is to also inform everyone that the amazing piece of Internet real estate that I was under contract for just went through this morning as well so I'd like to put that out there as well.
It's only 1:30pm and I've had an amazing day already. I even took a nap earlier and still got all this good stuff going on, can't beat that with a stick.
