How to Sell a House in 7 Days pt2

Well guys and gals I'm back with another edition of pretending like I know a thing or two LOL!! See I'm just experimenting on getting ranked for the term: How to Sell Your House in 7 Days

if you guys/gals read the last post regarding this located here you will see that all I'm really trying to do is have some fun and play around a little bit with google and learn a thing or two about ranking and SEO etc... Remember I don't claim to be an expert by any means I just know that blogging here on BiggerPockets gets me high rankings.

So now lets test where I'm at. I don't know how to take a picture of a webpage or like Josh did on his blog where he was able to take a screen shot of my ranking but if you google: How to Sell a House in 7 Days I believe you will see that I did make it on the first page, When I search I see that blog post at #6 out of 10 and a total of 116 million searches.

What's weird to me is that I have a squidoo page as linked in the last blog that isn't showing up at all which I'm surprised because the content is much more relevant then these posts. If you haven't seen it and you're curious, here's the link:

Another odd observation is the number of searches that differ from last week to this week. Last week it was just over a billion searches, this week it's only 116 million. Weird isn't it?

So as promised I'm going to try to get in the top 3 for the keyword phrase search:

This week I'll work on driving traffic by submitting it to bookmarking sites again and do some backlinking as I've done with this post(this is why I mentioned the last post and linked to it)
