New President, New Tenant

I had a slow day today. In fact, I spent much of the day playing my new James Bond (Quantum of Solace) video game. I finally made it past the roof top chase and am now working on the snipers at the stadium. Intersperced with that, I did manage to watch the inauguration, pay a few bills, go to the bank, and sign the lease on a two-bedroom apartment. This was an apartment that I took a deposit on about a week ago and I still have one two-bedroom apartment left.

I did spend about two hours in town late this afternoon (after I got bored playing video games). I did some painting and checked the remaining vacant units to be sure the water wasn't frozen. Fortunately, everything was OK!

One tenant called with a few very minor maintenance issues and I will fix them (and post about them) tomorrow.
