Hedge Funds Panic on Rental Homes

 We don’t usually post twice a week but there is a big splash in the pond that deserves our attention.  There is a possible explanation as to why we have felt sales start to stagnate over the past couple weeks. Hedge Funds are having problems with their projected return rates on rental homes. Sounds as if they drove the market up, competing with each other and now are in a reality all their own. They are acting like someone yelled fire in a dark theater, tripping over themselves to get out and complete an IPO. So much for the greater fool theory but when you have raised Billions for a project, you must not get paid unless you spend it all. Colony America pulled their IPO yesterday that would have gotten them out to green pastures.Link Carrington pulled back last week, Link Och-Ziff was out last september.
