Memphis Wholesalers Bad Behavior

It's sad to see so many of the Memphis wholesalers violating restriction deeds and concealing the fact.

I think the affordability issue is somewhat debatable as we want homes to be rehabbed and occupied but why do supposedly honest professional companies risk jail time just to do a few more deals?

This shows the flip side of what drives the real estate market, GREED.

It's an ugly thing in the wrong hands and sadly nearly always shows itself in bad behavior in the real estate industry.

I recently had my first deed restriction purchase and as a non US investor I had to read the statutes, talk to lawyers and decide what to do.

It is 250% clear that you cannot get around these so why do people do it?

I guess they do it because money is more important than the law to them and that is a good definition of greed!
