All in the details...

I have some little things to finish up at the 4 bedroom rental before May 1st. one of the jobs is to finish the wall above the kitchen sink. I tore it down when I couldn't get the outlets secured inside the wall. Come to find out, the outlets were just hanging on the lath.  I didn't like that for safety reasons and will fix the wall. the kitchen has laminate paneling type material for the walls (the rest of the house is plaster). I was able to paint it and it looks nice. I made a trip to a "restore" place near Milwaukee.  I bought 2 outlets, one switch, and a large piece of white laminate.  Total cost: $1.60!   I was hoping to pick up some appliances there, but there was nothing useful this time around. Tomorrow morning I will head over to the house (after taking this week off) and get to work!
