Time to end the hiatus
It's time to get back into the REI game! It's been a long hiatus and I'm eager to make some big moves to provide for my family's long-term financial well being.
I own two rental homes that originally began as primary residences. My most recent purchase of which I made in 2006! Granted, this house has only been a rental since 2012--but that is still a long REI drought.
I just joined a REI coaching program and I intend to document my experiences here as much as possible. Additionally, I'm actively seeking to purchase another primary residence as a live-in flip--more details on this in another post.
I'm just like many other investors out there on BP--I easily succumb to the "ooh shiny" syndrome, am plagued by "analysis paralysis", and suffer from the "I can do this alone/I don't need a team" affliction. It's a hard cycle to break and I encourage all would-be RE investors to set goals and focus on them--life will always get in the way and try to derail them. Consistency is the key to success!
Until next time!
