Bigger Pockets guru, Brandon Turner, coined the term Brrrrrr. 

Ya, I've got too many "r's" in it. Basically it stands for:

Buy

Rehab

Rent

Refi 

Repeat until rich

It's been the cornerstone of my portfolio and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to 10x their portfolio. 

While driving for dollars, I snapped this photo. Didn't realize Brandon was in town.
