Does anyone know a real estate agent who is a savvy investor in Des Moines, Iowa?

  1. Here's my take on this: a savvy investor knows how to turn a profit -- how to spot good deals. They also realize there are too many deals for one person to take advantage of; yet they might make some money anyway by sharing the info with someone else. And they know that even if the deal would not be for them, there's something for everyone.

  3. May I ask why you would want a realtor who is a savvy investor? I think what you would rather have is a a realtor who works with savvy investors. If you find a realtor who is an investor, and especially a savvy one, she/he will not direct the hottest deals to you but keep them for himself/herself. Babs Wagner Area Homeowner Solutions
