Over the past few months, we developed a research study on apartment community use of Ancillary Income, and to start off, we wanted to develop a comprehensive list of the most common types of income in this vein. In total, we amassed a list of dozens of types of income, although please feel free to add your own in the comments so we can improve this research in the future!
