Apartment Investment Survey Results
Last month, many of you participated in our apartment investment survey, and the results seem to show what we all were expecting: Multifamily investment is strong. Of the 59 investors who shared their investing status, 88% were seeking assets, most often in primary or secondary markets. Of the asset classes themselves, 46% of investors were seeking Class B properties, while Class A pulled up the rear with only 25% seeking that asset class.
