Deals That Make You Go Ugh! Dealing With Fraudulent Buyers
In this week’s Round Table, the guys go over last-minute advice on preparing for and knowing what to expect at this week’s Bootcamp in Vegas.
Then the guys get into the topic of FRAUDULENCE. Scott shares a situation that came up this week where he sold a property, accepted a credit card payment then transferred the deed. All seemed good until a month later when he got an email from the credit card company stating that the buyer disputed the charges and reported it as fraudulent. Scott broke out the mini bat and called the buyer who denied filing fraud charges and was defiant about trying to get this resolved.
Find out how this turned out...police may or may not have been called. Plus, Mark shares his own run-in with fraudulent buyers!
Plus, LISTEN IN for details on how to win an extra raffle ticket if you’re attending this weekend's Bootcamp!
