They can kiss my tax
The tax code is insane!
There are so many regulations, so many restrictions, and so many freakin' pages.
But there are also so many LOOPHOLES.
Loopholes that a *smart* investor can use to their advantage.
Legally and ethically.
Why?
Because those loopholes were put in there by politicians who needed to encourage certain behaviors.
Behaviors like owning rental properties or starting a small business.
Things the government knows that need to happen to make this country function properly.
But they also know that the government can't do all of it on its own.
So they have to encourage everyone else to do them.
How best do they encourage these behaviors?
By appealing to our profit motive, mi amigo.
By making a loophole and then giving a TAX BREAK for using it.
So they're completely legal and legit.
In fact, they are encouraged.
And if we do them, then we get to keep more of our hard-earned money.
But, how do you figure out all the loopholes?
You could read all the tax code yourself. Then you'll be ready by the year 2056. (Not to mention bored out of your skull...)
Or, make it easy on yourself and have an expert tell you exactly how to take advantage of what applies specifically for us real estate investors.
It's the ultimate short-cut.
