Seeking Mortgage Lender for 70% LTV Cash Out Refis in Las Vegas

  1. Usually between 6 months and 3 years. We would like to get 70% LTV but they may take less if that is all that is available. All properties are free and clear. Usually individuals.


  2. Questions: How long have they owned the properties? Are you thinking 70% LTV max or less? All properties are free and clear? Are these properties vested as individuals or Corp?
