Congrats on recognizing the importance of the investor segment of the market, Vivian. While I'm not familiar with the curriculum covered by the CIAS designation, surely it puts you well ahead of the pack in your market in terms of agents who have a working knowledge of real estate investing. Perhaps you could share with us - on your blog or on our forums - a little more about the education you received?
