REO, The Journey Continues

 

This is the  first post on this new blog.

If you are in the business, then I can certainly start a thread here for comparing war stories, the liars, the scammers, the never ending chains that lead to .........

But one day, you meet a nice person. An honest soul that you feel like you can do business with, and who has ran into all the dead ends that you have.

From there, if you are lucky, a team can be formed that will work together thru the maze. The maze is made up of liars, circumventors, and thats just how it gets started in your first week.

My best advice is to not quit your day job, and to find a way to join a team. I would have to also say that the tapes floating out there are normally bogus, and only designed to advance the sender up the ladder.

Unless you already work on a Wall Street type company with direct sources into the hidden clearing houses and holding companies that they use to distribute this product, then I would suggest you find a team to walk you in. 

 

Good Luck...... Any one have a comment on how easy it is to get rich in the REO Bulk sales business????

  2. Good advice on not quitting your day job. Too many people think they are going to get rich quick in real estate and get themselves into trouble. Good luck on your journey into the Bulk REO space.
