I finally went Pro

I've been thinking about getting a Pro BP account for a while. I finally stopped thinking and upgraded during the webinar. There's always a promo code for a discount at the end of the session. I'm happy with the benefits so far and I haven't even unlocked its true potential.

My website should be finished either today or tomorrow. The designer is doing a good job. I started a YouTube channel. I uploaded one video so I could embed it into my website. I would like to add before and after videos of houses I get. Haven't did anything with my other social media accounts yet. It's not too much of a priority to me.

I received one call this week. I tried calling twice and texting once, but she never responded back. I'm not disappointed about it because that means she wasn't too motivated to sell.

Absentee, probate, code violations, and pre foreclosures went out on the 11th. Total was 1,132 postcards.

From 01/16 to 03/05, I have spent $2,070.25 paying for direct mail. This includes postcards, the list, and a membership. The first set of postcards were mailed 01/28. There's money going out, but none is coming in yet. Pros say it takes about 3-4 months before you get your first deal so mine should happen in May or June. This is my first time thinking about the timeline and it seems really far away. Patience is a virtue.
