Merry Christmas BPers!

It's been a while since I have posted here.  What can I say other than we have been busy.  With the changes in the economy and regulation, my focus has been primarily on the acquisition of mobile homes and manufactured homes in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois and Ohio.  I typically buy them one at a time from individuals but, we also buy packages of mobile homes from community owners and lenders that need to sell for one reason or another.  

My buyers consist of manufactured home community owners that are looking to fill up parks that they own.  I also sell some mobile homes to wholesale brokers, that in turn will sell to their own clients.  The demand has been crazy and it has been getting more competitive to find great deals in the markers I work.  I have been running hard and covering a lot of ground to find the mobile homes we need to keep up with the demand.  I am not complaining!
