What Should I Name my Land Trust?

Just uploaded a video of a chat I'm having over the next few weeks with Randy Hughes, "Mr. Land Trust".  Whether I'm buying or selling property with owner financing, land trusts can greatly enhance the outcomes and reduce the risks, especially when there is existing financing being left in place and the goal is to preserve it.

Using a Land Trust recently helped me pull the trigger on a private loan I wouldn't have been able to do without it.  That video is here.  In fact, it's hard to imagine a real estate transaction that wouldn't be enhanced with a trust.
