Quick Tip to Get Brokers on Your Side

Quick tip to get a broker on your side....buy him lunch! Went to lunch with the Broker representing the bank on the 74 Unit deal we are going to bid on and i picked up the tab. his response "Chris no one has bought me lunch in the last 5 years, thank you so much. I look forward to seeing you guys get this deal and many more." Its the little things that make a difference in today's world. Stick to the basics.

  1. The following is my experince about a broker who sided with my partner in arbitration. I was in binding arbitration with Mr. Farhad Zomorodi, arbitrated by Mr. Steven G. Mehta. Evidence of inducement of perjury and conspiracy to committ perjury, by Mr. Farhad Zomorodi, who is serving on the board of Nessah Synagogue in Beverly Hills, indicates how on the day of arbitration the witness for Mr. Farhad Zomorodi who was outpocketed by $4,500.00 in favour of Mr. Farhad Zomorodi expressed her financial hardship with intention to recover her $4,500.00 from Farhad Zomorodi. The same witness was told by Mr. Farhad Zomorodi, "payment will be if and when I am awarded by my arbotration case". The very same agent who sided with Mr. Farhad Zomorodi in arranging for the above money to be released in favour and for the benefit of Mr. farhad Zomorodi, also witnessed the above statement told by Mr. Zomorodi to his witness. Yet, during the arbitration the above fact wact was concealed from me by the agent, The witness and Mr. Farhad Zomorodi. In efforts to rescue her $4,500.00 held as hostage by MR. Farhad Zomorodi, The witness did what was necessary to rescue her $4,500. Yet the agent kept quiet about it and this was only revealed after arbitration. This resulted in obtainment of an unjust award totaling several hundred thousand Dollars, through: 1. Perjury 2. False testimony 3. Abusing witness 4. Organized corruption involving the agent 5. Concealment of evidence

  2. Yes a small expense to land the big fish

  3. That's a great story David.
