Simple ways to Fund Real Estate Investments

There are several known ways to fund a real estate deal out there. They are seller financing, hard money or private funding. Actually, there are other ways to fund a deal easily by using your own business entity. The initial process could take a few months but once thats up and running you can tap into it at will and have an advantage in the market place. This means you could save a lot of interest payments..

With all the above creative ways, your interest cost will be significant which reduces your profit. However, going the business entity route would lower your overall interest rate and save you thousands of dollars..

There is much more to how this could help with your real estate investment plans.

  1. Hi: In terms of traditional business credit, I think the process is about 6 months but worth the effort. The one I am working with uses Aged Corporations so it takes about 45 days maximum to complete the process for a $110K loan.. Of course the cost upfront is about $10K so it depends on your needs. The good news is that you could do multiple corporations with multiple LOC and then use that for bigger investments. They have some LOC for $350K so you can mix those up to reach $1M easily.. Rates are about 5-9% last time I checked..

  2. What types of rates are you experiencing with business credit? Also, what are the timelines you have experienced with developing the credit line?
