First Hill gives you Great City views and a walk score of 94

Queen Anne home owners have plenty of home style choices, views, parks and tree lined streets along with a 75 walk score.

Wallingford is filled with craftsman style homes, great parks, the best cupcake shop in the world and has a walk score of 86

Ballard offers Golden Garden Park with an excellent beach and wildlife trail, a huge marina, The amazing Ballard locks, a vibrant core, various home choices and a walk score of 87
