What is the St. Joe enhancement fee in SouthWood for?

Community Enhancement Fee is used to fund the Art of Living program.  The Art of Living Program is unique to the Southwood Community.  It was created to keep a sense of community through a variety of fun and educational activities for all ages throughout the calendar year. The Community Enhancement Fee is a fee incurred for all resale (any transaction that is not through the Builder or Developer) purchases in Southwood .  The fee is based on a percent of the gross selling price and the amount decreases every three years as shown below.
January 1, 2008 – December 31, 2010    0.4% of gross selling price
January 1, 2011 – December 31, 2013    0.3% of gross selling price
January 1, 2014 – December 31, 2016    0.2% of gross selling price
