Recuperating your losses

I know when you look at your porfolio you remember the day when you made all the right picks and it was out performing all the traditional plans. Times have changed and the market has geared for a rebuild at the expense of the investor with restructures and buy-outs that simply cost the invester hard earned capital that takes many years to rebuild.

I have a solution for those of you that are looking for a way to rebuild that Self-Directed IRA, Mutual Fund, Stock, and CDs. Everyone is focused in our political environment to find solutions and accomodate the real estate market with opportunities. These opportunities include the several hundred billion dollar bail-out plan, lowering the short-term fed rates, and bank lending rates. Shaving all these numbers implement opportunities for Banks to capitalize on new business. With the re-capitalization of banks, the question remains; what are they going to do with all the nonperforming loans in their portfolio.

This directs us to capatilizing on an opportunity to cash in on this liquidation. We purchase properties with deep discounts. We rehab, manage, and lease option these properties to performing tenants. This is where you come in as a private mortgage investor. Take that IRA, Mutual fund, stock... etc. capital invest it into our countries highest priority.

If you watch the PRESENTATION you will understand how the program works. If you can imagine the potential a 12% return could have on regaining strength in your portfolio, recuperating losses and exceeding expectations of growth. Potentially building a retirement and not a secondary income when your 70 and working for a local franchise to make ends meet. I believe in this program. I believe in the track record of CTR Development.

Here's a prime example of a poorly performing IRA:

Initial investment dollars total contributions and capital growth
$100,000
Net losses through the last 5 quarters
$50,000
Term to re-capitalize investment
appr. 15.2 years

Private Lending Program
Initial invesmtent dollars
$50,000
Term to re-capitalize investment with 12% return
8 YEARS.... 8 YEARS EQUATES TO $110,534.10

Trust the professionals to make those losses go away and create gains for a brighter tomorrow!
