Alexandra wanted to buy a new car.  Being the very smart consumer she is, she checked her credit report first to make sure she'd get the best rate.

She was shocked to see her score in the mid 600's.  She had always made timely payments withthe exception of just a couple latenesses a few years ago, which she truly felt were beyond her control.
