WHERE TO START
I live in a ruarl area there are many empty homes, fsbo homes, homes that people have just walked away from. I know the city has the same problems I would like some experienced advice where to go to the city or the country. It is cheaper in the country but more difficult to sell,one could rent easy enough, but with that said I have yet to complete my first deal, and I need to do something fast and easy to create some capital, because I would like to hold a few properties for rentals may-be, If only I had the money I have spent on real estate education and books. Someone please tell what I have missed in the material and books I have studied, the answer is more than likely right in front of me and I just dont see it

I am looking to wholesale one or two homes to generate some capital so that I can get more aggressive, but I was trying to make up my mind to go the city or stay in the country. I want to wholesale full time but I would also like to keep 1 or 2 rentals close to home I must tell you I am trying to get started with little or no money

What exactly are you looking to figure out? What kind of deal are you considering? Are you talking about flipping, wholesaling or landlording?
