Gated, Guarded, and Glamorous: Private Communities in Las Vegas, NV

For years, many people have overlooked Las Vegas as a possible home site simply because they didn't think beyond the Strip. Thousands of others, however, know that home values in all parts of Las Vegas and its surrounding areas are priced to sell. The luxury and style of Vegas is reflected in any of the many new, intimate, and protected private communities in Las Vegas, NV. Within the city limits, there are over 20 private, gated developments that offer seclusion and retreat. Commuters will be pleased to know that many of these areas are less than 10 miles from major roadways, including Interstate 15, Las Vegas Boulevard, and US-95. Most of these oases are planned around gorgeous scenic views; residents typically enjoy views of the Strip, the Nevada Desert, a number of lakes, and sprawling ranch views.

While nearly all Vegas private communities promise custom details, privacy, and immaculate surroundings, different neighborhoods often share a distinctive style from one community to the next. For example, certain areas follow spacious, ranch-inspired architecture, while others may boast Tuscan styling and private vineyards. Other master-planned communities are centered around active lifestyles; many are adjacent to private golf courses, country clubs, and pools which are available only to community residents. Within these gorgeous, diverse private communities, many security measures are in place to protect residents. Nearly all are gated; these are protected either by residents' keypads or intercoms, and others have guards on duty 24/7. So check out a gated property in Las Vegas soon.
