Why Condos/Townhomes in Tempe, AZ are Unique

will amaze you. In most parts of Arizona, you will find your standard run-of-the-mill condo or townhome. It's fine. There is nothing wrong with it. Two or three bedrooms, a bath or two and an open kitchen may suit your needs but what lights your fire? If you are looking for something with a little more pizzazz, you need to be investigating condos/townhomes in Tempe, AZ. Condos in Tempe are not the typical cookie cutter variation that you are used to seeing. They have a distinct New York loft vibe and a modern flair. In fact, several high rise buildings line both sides of Tempe Town Lake and boast modern features like exposed ductwork and pipes, floor to ceiling windows with views of the lake and even stained cement floors. If you want to feel like you are living in a renovated warehouse or SoHo loft, Tempe is where you need to look.

In fact, Tempe is one of the few parts of the state that has a bustling downtown, made possible, of course, by the proximity to Arizona State University. Being a college town certainly aids in Tempe's creative vibe and vibrant culture as there are few chain restaurants and many unique shops to wander in and out of on a Saturday.  For nature lovers, Tempe is also close to 300 acre Papago Park with its miles of trails to explore and the Phoenix Zoo. You can also enjoy the arts at any number of facilities both on and off campus.
