Incredibly Affordable Homes in Queen Creek, Arizona

Conveniently located on the outskirts of sunny Phoenix, Queen Creek is perfectly placed to avoid the traffic and noise common to the downtown area while still being within driving distance of important sites, such as Sky Harbor Airport. Along with awesome weather featuring 330 days of sunshine, Queen Creek has a welcoming community that allows for residential involvement and offers many organized activities for children and adults alike, such as golfing and hiking.

Prospective residents looking for affordable homes in Queen Creek have many different options to choose from, including, but not limited to, single-family homes and condominiums. Apartments are also available for those who are interested. There are an impressive six school districts serving the Queen Creek area, and also many exceptional charter schools to choose from. If you are interested in adult education, Queen Creek is close to several community colleges offering Associate degrees and Arizona State University's Polytechnic campus, which offers Bachelor, Master and Doctorate programs in a wide variety of disciplines.

For those who own horses or are interested in owning a horse but don't have enough space, Queen Creek is home to the unique Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Center, which includes stables and four arenas that are available for rent. Because transportation is so important in Queen Creek, there are several options available, including the Interstate-10, and the US 60. Route 202's San Tan Freeway is close by, requiring a mere 8-mile drive to its entrance. Freight options are also available through the Union Pacific Railroad running directly through Queen Creek.
