The Plan to Help Investors Save $1M in Origination Fees

The BOLD plan for 2025: Save real estate investors $1,000,000 in origination fees.

That's $1 Million with an "M."


I estimate this is about 250 loans.

Imagine all of the HUDs/ALTAs, showing 0% in the origination fees aka $0.

Will this become a movement? I'm not sure.

A new way for investors to operate? Yes.

One where they have more control.

This is why I named this business: ZERO Origination Investor.

Last year I closed 130 loans for investors, it was supposed to feel great...but I felt there were still investors I wasn't able to help.

Though I figured something out...

I had figured out that you don't need a mortgage license to originate DSCR or hard money loans in at least 39 states...so why wasn't I sharing it more?

Because I was afraid.

I was afraid I had figured out something illegal (it's not)
I was afraid of losing my own service-based business (I won't)

But I knew this was a game-changer after seeing the impact on the first ZERO Origination Investor who joined.

He literally submitted his own loan within 7 days of becoming a ZERO Origination Investor -- and then the same thing happened for my 2nd client!

Now I believe this knowledge is best shared.

So here's the plan to help ZERO Origination Investors save $1M in fees in 2025:

1. Provide MASSIVE value to the first batch of ZERO students where they get their return on investment within the first month of joining

2. Share content (like this) that opens up awareness to other investors that are still paying other brokers or lenders higher fees

3. Create a daily-value-add email newsletter that rallies a movement (link in bio)

4. Launch monthly workshops to spread the message to help more investors

5. Solidify partnerships through in-person speaking events, podcasts and webinars

6. Create my first ever 3-day mastermind event where I pool together some of the greatest investors across the US to connect and share what's working!!

- I believe investors want to scale their portfolio, but not scale their fees.
- I believe investors need transparency.
- I believe investors are capable of originating their own loans...if they just knew how.
