Lost All Your Money in Real Estate? Unemployed? Stop Whining!

Posted by Jason Wheeler | Subscribe

Unemployment is a huge problem here in the San Francisco Bay Area... and although things seem to be getting a little better it will be quite some time before most people will truly feel secure in their current jobs. It may be time to look at other ways to start building an income and making money.

Counting on the job market seems to be a thing of the past. learn something new and build something part time. Go out and attend a seminar, find a real estate investment mentor, or start a part time business online.

I have trouble listening to people that complain and are out of work when many of them just sit around and wait for a job to come to them... Real Estate Investing may not be for everyone as it is difficult, completive and in most cases it is difficult to start if you have limited funds.

SF Gate Says

The number of people filing new claims for unemployment benefits unexpectedly rose last week by the largest amount in three months. The surge is evidence of how volatile the job market remains, even as the economy grows.

Applications for unemployment benefits rose to 471,000 last week, up by 25,000 from the previous week, the Labor Department said Thursday. It was the first increase in five weeks and the biggest jump since a gain of 40,000 in February.
