Training Day - Networking
How does one network? Well the simple answer is just talk to people about real estate. Who do you talk to about real estate? Everyone and anyone because you never know who else might already be investing in real estate or knows someone who is or perhaps even fills a spot in your team, I’ll get into what your team should look like later. Another reason to talk about your passion is because you will find that naturally people will want to help you in whatever way they can or better yet keep you in mind the next time they run into a property you may be interested in. Networking can also be done at social gatherings, specifically at real estate investor meetings. Real estate investor meetings can offer some of the most benefits. Benefits being the variety in experience levels, problems and solutions you may encounter, and the vast network of team mates/workers they may have under their belt. In other words doors that seemed to be closed are now opening with every conversation you have! Get out there and Push the Fight!
