Getting started tips for Investors

One of the things I run into a lot is meeting new investors who are willing to spend money on education courses but don’t have any deals under their belt and haven’t made any money.

Remember the first goal is to make money - not spend it. You will hear “ well you have to spend money to make money”. That’s fine for people who have a system and know what they’re doing. However that’s not a good strategy for new investors who don’t have a solid plan or know how to execute it yet.

There’s so many great resources our there including bigger pockets. Once you figure out what you want to do it’s a good idea to talk to someone who’s already done it. This can save you time, money and help you in the long run.
