Brandon Fragale

Brandon Fragale has managed income properties throughout Los Angeles for more than a dozen years. From Low Income neighborhoods to Beach Front properties, he’s seen it all. Currently licensed thru the California Department of Real Estate. Throughout his career he work for large property management companies and then in 2012 went on to start his own property management company. Currently he and his fiancé run the company from their Gardena Office. The primary focus is residential income properties, including properties in “Hard to manage” areas and well has high end areas. Adriana Gutierrez

Adriana Gutierrez is a Property Supervisor, and Co-Owner for Modern Management. She helps owners maintain their investments properties, in ever aspect from accounting to tenant’s relationship, legal issues and coordinating maintains.

Adriana, has always enjoyed the challenges of property management. In fact, by the time she was 15 years old, she was already helping her father manage 100 units in Inglewood. Soon afterwards, started working for Evergreen Management as 56 unit onsite manager. Adriana, began her career in property management at the age of 18 working from Premier Properties, Mabry Management and Jenkins Property Management as a property supervisor. Now she is the owner with her fiancé Brandon Fragale of Modern Management, which focus on helping owners maintain their investments property. Adriana’s, favorite part of property management is the daily challenges of resolving problems that immerge. This business allows her to interact with different kinds of people and witness projects starting from nothing and turn out to be the best when completed. Also, dealing with different venders and creating the business relationship can be a lot of fun! When she is not working, Adriana enjoys hike or any outdoor activity and of course time with family is a must.
