Joe Lahore

An entrepreneur at heart; founded his own printing company in 1998 serving companies in the software, financial services and manufacturing industries. Joe began investing in real estate in 2002 buying at the court house steps. Since then he has been involved in multiple transactions buy and sell deals (Subject-to, Seller Direct, REOS, Wholesale & Management) during the meltdown he bought his first “Turn Around” property, after many lessons learned his second “Turn Key” community was a much better deal. Today, both properties produce a consistent cash flow with a 10 fold equity boost in four years. Joe also heads-up OC-FIBI and most importantly Joe is full time dad dedicated to his two children and his wife since 1997. He also is an avid mountain biker, soccer player and most often a goofy person who enjoys building meaningful relationships.

Matt Antoniou

P.E. has been in real estate since 1997. He owns and operates an extensive rental portfolio of residential, multi family and one commercial building in So. Cal. Matt co-owns and co-operates two mobile home parks for monthly cash flow and wealth building. Matt keeps himself pretty busy managing his portfolio in Long Beach and the High Desert. Matt is an expert in Mobile Home Park Investing, Finance and Management having increased his mobile home parks value tenfold in the last four years. Matt is a busy professional who heads-up a division of a prominent Aerospace company in Orange County and still manages time for his two boys and wife in addition to his 215+ tenants combined.
