How to Do Proper Renovations

Please RSVP at http://goo.gl/EOcgV

Join us on Thursday, July 26, 2012, 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM

Location: The Grand Event Center - 4101 E. Willow Street Long Beach, CA 90815

Speaker:

Scot Hunter, a managing member of The Benton Group, LLC. has been in the construction industry since his early teen years. In early 2001, after riding the  bomb, he created a General Construction company specializing in full top to bottom remodeling of residential residences.  His eye for design, layout, and function allows him to use this experience to help create cost effective renovations within his business model, today.  Scot closed his construction company in late 2007, just as the Foreclosure Bust started, because he couldn't see his client's using their houses as ATM's anymore.  Good timing! Both he and his wife Maxine, dove into the world of Real Estate Investing at that point.  Since 2007, they have gone on to rehabbing several dozen properties in state and out.  Created a rental property portfolio, and also administer upwards of 20+ under-direct contract, short sales within Los Angeles County.  Scot has been involved with running Real Estate Investment groups and constantly is in search of continuing education and connecting with fellow investors.

  1. Rehabbing vs. Flipping
  2. What does my Eyes, Ears, Nose & Feet tell me?
  3. Tools vs. Checkbook
  4. My House vs. Profit House
  5. The Costs of it All.
