Wow-Do You Feel the Shift Too?
Since selling our cute little house in Riverside, we've been making offers right and left. We got some accepted and they fell through for one reason or another, which is very frustrating for us. But right now we have 2 deals accepted in Austin, and still negotiating on a 3rd! Have the stars become re-aligned in our favor or is our long awaiting good luck finally arriving?
Since our last newsletter, here are some of the truely awesome things that have come our way:
1.We have the respect and attention of 3 hard money lenders.
2.We have 2 companies wanting to do joint ventures with us.
3.We've been connected with a solid investor that wants to pay us a finders fee for distressed corporate properties.
We won't refuse money from anyone. I've felt better about making more aggressive offers on houses in Austin (Austin RE market is very different than SoCal). I've found pockets of Real Estate in Austin that by taking a 2/1 and making it a 3/2 commands a $100k price difference. Now we're talkin'.
Do you know anyone that wants an 8% annual return on their money secured by real estate? Send them our way - if we make a deal we'll give you a whopping $1,000 finders fee.
