My thoughts on How To Lead!

This life we lead and live through is far greater than us. The need for the strength within us is rooted in the need to help others. We seek to alleviate the pain of others because we experience so much pain inside our souls.

The way we remove this pain and lead the way for people is by being the best version of ourselves. Nothing less and nothing more will create the massive impact we seek. This world is shifting and there is so much unknown. We must stand like the palm tree in a hurricane, whose internal rooted strength cannot be broken.

The light

inside us shines so bright that we light up the nights that live inside

others' minds. We are the warriors called to this world to lead by

strength and foundation so deep that others look to us to weather the

storm.

We are the bright beacon so the ships of lost souls may find a

way to safer waters through the storms.

We will not allow our minds to be caught up in minor thinking as our mission is too great We wake every day with a true purpose and true calling that is so much better and bigger than ourselves.

It is in this peace that we find our drive. It is this mission that we accept. The burden is not too much for us to bear as we were chosen to lead the way. We accept this duty with open arms and welcome the responsibilities of walking in this path of light."
