* When sending direct mail marketing to family members for probate properties, cc the Attorney. Probably adds some credibility to your marketing efforts. On average, aiming for 7 “touches” (marketing contacts) to family members and 7 “touches” to the attorney.
* Best internet marketing is customer testimonial videos. After closing and without warning, I pull out a camera and ask the sellers what was your experience like buying from us? Testimonials are completely authentic this way. People can tell when testimonials are staged.
* Advertising isn’t an expense, it is a revenue generator when done correctly. You probably need to invest a minimum of $6,000 ($1,000 over 6 months) to see any return on your investment.
* Our cash offers are completely clean with no inspection period, so sellers know we can close quickly.
